Terms and Conditions Update

App Publishing Services

1. Mesta Technologies will no longer publish apps on Google Play Store or iOS on behalf of clients.

2. Clients must create and manage their own developer accounts for app publishing.

Publishing Fees

1. Google Play Console setup: ₹1,499

2. iOS Developer Account setup: ₹3,899

3. Publishing services are separate from app development costs.

Risk Disclaimer

Mesta Technologies will make best efforts to ensure app approval, but cannot guarantee app store listing.

Refund Policy (Publishing Services)

1. If the app is rejected by app stores, Mesta Technologies will refund 60% of the publishing service fees.

2. Refund will be processed within 30 days of rejection notification.

Acceptance

By using Mesta Technologies' services, clients agree to these terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules and pricing will be shared separately.

Client Responsibilities

1. Provide required information for developer account setup.

2. Ensure compliance with app store guidelines.

Mesta Technologies' Responsibilities

1. Assist with developer account setup.

2. Provide publishing services as described.

By accepting these terms, clients acknowledge understanding of:
